Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Prestige Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim or providing any available shipping information.
