Orders and shipping
When will I get my order?
Most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday are packed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. High order volume, payment review, or address issues can extend processing to 1–2 business days. Same-day processing does not mean same-day delivery.
After carrier acceptance, standard U.S. delivery is typically estimated at 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is emailed once the order is fulfilled.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping (typically 3–5 business days) is free on orders of $100 or more. Express U.S. shipping (typically 2–3 business days) is free on orders of $250 or more. Available rates are shown at checkout.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact support with the order number within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund the order.
