When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary by location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days, and tracking is emailed once an order is fulfilled.
What is the return policy?
Because these are research products, returns may be limited once an item has shipped or storage conditions can no longer be verified. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact support with the order number so we can review it.
